If you are for any reason unhappy with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) within X days following our below policies:

ONLINE EXCHANGE

  • The Item(s) purchased online can be exchanged with any other item(s) online.
  • First return is free of charge. If the item is returned a second time, the client will pay for the return shipping.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE

  • The client can choose to exchange the item(s) purchased online in any of our CARISSIMA branches,  with any item(s) in the store.
  • The client must present the original invoice to the store personnel who will check the item(s) carefully in the presence of the client before effecting the exchange.
  • The store employee has the right to refuse the item exchange in case of the following.
  1. Total or partial use of goods
  2. The unavailability of the original external and/or internal packaging
  3. The lack of products basic elements
  4. The damage of the products
  5. The absence of original invoice
  6. The absence of item barcodes for shoes and return tag for bags

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unblemished in any way. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and unmarked.
  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags for shoes and/or bags) received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must be undamaged, unaltered, and unutilized as the shipment package.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components, and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
  • The client is solely responsible for the shipping until the delivery of the product to CARISSIMA FASHION s.a.l. warehouse.
  • Freight charges for items’ return shall be paid by the retail customer.

CARISSIMA FASHION S.A.L. is by no means responsible for the damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipping.
In the event the return shipment requires pickup or payment of any additional fees, CARISSIMA FASHION s.a.l. reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

CARISSIMA FASHION S.A.L. reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy detailed on the website.
In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
